Enrico Bawar is the founder of Bawar Asset Management LLC. He began his career working as an Emerging Markets Fixed Income Trader/Broker in the 1990s at multiple institutions over the years, including: Lehman Brothers, ICAP, and BGC. This experience eventually led Enrico to pursue his passion of working with business owners and Families as a Comprehensive Financial Planner in New York City. He focuses on all aspects of Adviced-Based Financial Planning, including: Business Planning Advice, Wealth/Asset Management, Risk Management, 401(k) Planning, Estate Planning and Inter-Generational/Family Wealth Planning.

Enrico’s experience in Institutional trading combined with his experience advising high net worth individuals, businesses and families affords him a unique macro and micro perspective that clients find valuable. His strong fixed income market background and grounded philosophy of keeping things simple, even in the often complex world of finance, taps into client needs and wants. Enrico enjoys building long term relationships by earning clients’ trust and mutual respect for his common sense, straightforwardness, motivation and face to face contact.

Enrico, a native New Yorker, went to Brooklyn Technical H.S., grew up in Queens, where he went to St. John’s University. He then moved to Staten Island shortly after getting married to Patricia where they now live with their twins Cedric and Ciara. Enrico is a proud member of Staten Island Rotary Club, the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce, a board member for CASC (Community Agency for Senior Citizens,) a board member of SiBoc (Staten Island Business Outreach,) he was an associate member of NYSSCPA Staten Island Chapter, he was a 3rd degree member of the Knights of Columbus and is active in his children’s schools and the Staten Island community like SCORE. He enjoys traveling, classic cars, and international music. He paints a never ending painting. Enrico holds the following licenses: Series 7, Series 63 and Life, Accident and Health.
